Electric Blue Lobster  - Freshwater Crayfish

Procambarus "Electric Blue" are quite amazing. This was my first procambarus crayfish, and likely yours too as these are so popular due to their amazing blue color. They are so easy to care for and add so much personality and color to the aquarium. An aquarium is so easy to plan because everything contrasts so well with the blue color of the "Electric Blue Lobster". Often marketed as a freshwater lobster, these crayfish get 4-5 inches in their body. Their arms and claws add to this size, making a good sized pet in your aquarium.

Male crayfish are heavily desired as pets because they develop large claws and more aggressive behavior, giving them the lobster-like personality many love.
